What a season the reds are having!

We start off with the men’s 1stXI, They are flying high sitting ti=op of the premier league and looking good in the EYHL 2 league. If that is not enough a semi final in the ISC against Monkstown is nearing,

The 2’s are having a great season to date, Unbeaten in all competitions having won every game. They are looking likely to lift the Junior 1 league once again and have a IJC semi final against Bangor on 13th March. The reds are scoring goals for fun. Could they go all the way and win the IJC for the first time since 1985?

The mens 3’s are hoping to cement their place in Junior 2, with a restructuring of the leagues it will be a big ask but the 3’s have put in some cracking performances since the new year and are a delight to watch. If you have not had the chance to catch a 3rdXI game this season be sure to get up to Steelweld park and take in the sights.

Finally on the mens side we have our 4thXI. The 4’s consistently line out with a strong in depth side. On their travels and at Steelweld park they are sure to put in some big performances. Once again with the restructuring of the league it looks like Cookstown will face off against Bangor to cement their place. Red’s hope to keep sharpshooter Ian Hughes fit for the tie.

Our ladies are currently sitting mid table with some fantastic youth coming through the ranks. Big wins this season vs Newry, Donaghadee and Derg has been the highlight. Hopefully the girls can finish the season strong.
